  • Hope For Wellness Help Line - Call 1-855-242-3310. Offers culturally appropriate mental health counseling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada. Offered in English, French, Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktitut. 24 hours a day. 


  • Mobile Response Team (MRT): Call (403) 266-4357 - They are a  team of Registered Nurses, social workers, and psychologists who help with urgent mental health crises or distress in the Calgary Zone.

  • Bob Glasgow Grief Support Centre - offers individual, family and group services – all under the umbrella of Alberta Health Services.


  • Compassionate Friends of Canada - For families who have suffered the death of a child from any cause. Provides contacts to local chapters, articles and information about grieving the loss of a child.


  • Family Caregiver Center - The Family Caregiver Centre is a source of information, education, and support for care partners.
